There is always an opportunity before your appointment

starts to tell me what your body needs.

My focus is intentional and present so I can receive

feedback from your fascia and muscle tissue while

giving it space to find relax.

I play a variety of music such as chill lofi, relaxing spanish guitar, relaxing jazz,

ambient/liminal and piano music.

I’m always open to you providing your own playlist.
