Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

 

Cancellations/Reschedules

Cancellations or reschedules have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel, reschedule, no-show/no-call, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service.

There is an exception: If you send someone else in your place, I’ll waive the fee.

My policy is honored in return. If I cancel on you at the last minute, your next massage is free.

(I will also have one overall exceptions and that is for bad weather. It's not worth risking anyone's live if the road conditions are really unsafe to drive on)

Appointment Reminders

I have a reminder system to compliment the cancellation policy. The email reminder will be sent 48 hours before your appointment, giving you time before the 24 hour mark to reschedule or cancel. Followed by the text reminder which will be sent at the 24 hour mark, once this reminder has been sent, it’s too late to cancel your appointment without charge.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes after your start time, I will consider you a "no-show". You will be charged for your “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to myself and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
