The techniques are detailed and specific while being applied with a slow and intentional touch where the pressure is light to medium. This allows the tissues of your body to melt and remember what it feels like to live in a state of relaxation. Many people feel that "no pain, no gain" is the only way to make change in the body but over the years, lighter intentional massage has proven itself to me to be just as powerful.

MONTHLY MASSAGE
Membership provides a 60-minute session monthly.
Additional time may be purchased at $35 per 30 minutes on session.
Massages may be transferable to family members, once per person.
Unused massages will roll into the next month. Maximum able to be stored is 3 sessions.
A 30-day written notice will be required to cancel membership. There is no cancellation fee if the contract has been in effect for 6 months. Cancellation before 6 months will result in a charge equal to the regular price of massages received, minus what has already been paid.

JAPANESE ZEN CAMELLIA HEAD AND NECK TREATMENT
This is a deeply relaxing treatment focused solely on releasing tension of the neck, scalp, followed by the face and jaw with warm Camellia oil. You have the option to add rosemary oil to the camellia oil for added hair health benefits since the treatment includes the warm Camellia oil being poured over your scalp and massaged into and throughout your hair.
For those that need a quick localized relaxation focus or just those that wish to nourish their hair and skin with luxurious hydration.

Adds 30 minutes to your massage appointment where the sole focus is to your head and neck with warm Camellia oil.
Take Time to Harmonize (30 mins) - $45
Have you ever wanted to just nap right after your massage? This 30 minute add-on gives you the chance to do just that. After we complete your massage, I will leave the room to let fall into your rest time. After 20 minutes, I will gently wake you up and allow you 10 minutes to get dressed and integrate back into reality. You will be reminded at the 25 minute mark that you have 5 minutes left.
